Product Description
Main ingredient :Fluralaner
Description: This product is light brown to dark brown round pieces.
Pharmacological action: Pharmacokinetic Fluralaner is an isoxazoline insecticide and acaricide, through antagonizing gamma-aminobutyric acid receptor and glutamate receptor gate chloride ion channel, so that chloride ions can not penetrate into the postsynaptic membrane, interfere with the nervous system transmembrane signal transmission, resulting in insect nervous system disorders, and then death. There is no cross-resistance between Fluralaner and dieldrin. Fluralaner is a systemic antiparasitic agent that repels fleas and ticks on the dog's body surface for up to 12 weeks. Fluralaner has repellent effects on cat ctenocephalus and canine ctenocephalus, acts quickly on adult fleas, lasts a long time, and prevents fleas from laying eggs, thus destroying the life cycle of fleas. Fluralaner can also kill ixodes ricinus (juvenile, heterophylla, and adult), hexagonal ixodes, scapularis ixodes, holocyclic ixodes, dermacentor reticulatus, dermacentor mutans, and red fanocephalus. Pharmacokinetic Fluralaner is easily absorbed by internal administration and can reach the maximum blood concentration within 1 day, and food can promote its absorption. Fluralaner is distributed throughout the body, with the highest concentration in fat, followed by liver, kidney and muscle. Fluralaner is almost not metabolized in dogs, and the plasma elimination half-life is about 12 days, so that the effective blood concentration of Fluralaner can be maintained during the administration of Fluralaner. There are individual differences in the maximum blood concentration and plasma elimination half-life. About 90% of Fluralaner is excreted in its original form through feces and a small amount through the kidneys.
Indications: It is used to treat flea and tick infection on dog body surface, and can also assist in the treatment of allergic dermatitis caused by fleas.
