Pyridalyl, also known as triflurane, is a new type of insecticide with high efficiency and low toxicity, which was developed by Sumitomo Chemical Industry Co., LTD in Japan in 1997.

Scope of application
The chemical structure of triflurane is unique, and the mechanism of action is different from that of common pesticides. It is mainly used to control lepidoptera larvae which are harmful to crops. The results of field efficacy test showed that. Triflurane 100 g/l cream has better control effect on cabbage and cabbage. The dosage used is 75 ~ 105g/hm2 of the effective ingredient (50 ~ 70ml/ mu when converted into 100 g/ l of emulsification oil, generally diluted with 50 kg of water), and the spray begins at the young larval stage of Xylostella. The method of use is spray. The holding period is about 7d, and the rain erosion resistance is good. No harm to crops was found at the recommended test dose, and it was safe for crops.
