Moxibustin is a macrolide and semi synthetic derivative of nimoxetine. Moxibustin is a parasitic agent used for the prevention and control of filariasis and intestinal worms. Moxibustin was found in veterinary drugs used to treat animals such as dogs, cats, horses, cows, and sheep.

Animal use range

Dog: Prevent filariasis.
Horses: Treatment for parasites includes roundworms and gastric robots such as the intestines, stomach, and small intestine.
Cow: Treatment for parasites such as gastrointestinal worms, nematodes, oysters, and lung worms, placental worms.
Sheep: Treatment for nematodes such as Chinese cypress and twisted blood spear nematodes
