Doramectin is a third-generation antiparasitic insecticide (avermectin/ivermectin/doramectin), which can be injected into the muscle, used for pregnant and livestock, and is convenient to use. It is a new generation broad-spectrum insecticide.
1. High blood drug concentration and long duration.
The highest blood concentration of doramectin is several times that of Ivermectin. Its effective blood drug concentration lasts for a long time, due to the non-polar six carbon ring of the 25th carbon of doramectin, which improves its pharmacokinetic properties. In addition, doramectin's unique oil-based adjuvant formula also makes the drug more long-lasting.
2. Convenient to use: intramuscular injection, more convenient to use. Ivermectin requires subcutaneous injection, which requires professional equipment or injection techniques. Therefore, compared to subcutaneous injection, doramectin is more worthy of promotion.

Usage and dosage:
Pig Farm Health Plan:
Pig: 33kg weight, neck muscle injection 1ml
All pigs in the field are dewormed once a year in spring and autumn
Newly added pigs: Apply medication once to all newly added pigs, and 10 days later, crossbreed with other pigs. Male pigs are generally dewormed once in spring and autumn
Sow deworming once 7-14 days before delivery
First born sows should be dewormed once 4-14 days before mating, and then dewormed again 7-14 days before delivery
Piglets aged 20-30 days (during the feeding period for suckling pigs) need to be dewormed once, while piglets aged 60-70 days (before transitioning to another group) need to be dewormed once
Deworming plan for cattle, sheep and other animals:
Sheep: Intramuscular injection, 1ml per 33kg body weight
Cattle: Neck muscle injection, 1ml per 50kg body weight injection
Canine and other special fur animals: neck muscle injection 0.3ml/10kg body weight
Fox: Neck muscle injection 0.2-0.3ml/animal, mink 0.1m/animal
All cattle and sheep in the field: deworming once a year in spring and autumn
Newly recruited cattle and sheep: Apply medication once to all newly recruited cattle and sheep, and then merge with other cattle and sheep 10 days later
Cattle and sheep breeding: generally deworming once in spring and autumn. Cows and sheep: deworming once 7-14 days before delivery
First born cattle and sheep: deworming once 4-14 days before mating, deworming once again 7-14 days before delivery. Young livestock: deworming once during weaning and crossbreeding, and deworming once a year in spring and autumn thereafter.
Rest period: 28 days for pigs, 32 days for cows and sheep.
Adverse reactions:
When used to treat canine lipid mite disease, a small number of dogs may experience dilated pupils, drowsiness, visual impairment, or coma.
Matters needing attention:
(1) Doramectin is toxic to fish and aquatic organisms, and the packaging of residual drugs should not contaminate water sources;
(2) Keep this product out of reach of children;
(3) Operators should not eat or smoke when using this product, and should wash their hands after operation;
(4) This product rapidly decomposes and inactivates under sunlight, and should be stored away from light.
