Flubiprofen, chemically known as 2-fluoro-alpha-methyl (1,1' -diphenyl) -4-acetic acid, is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory Chemicalbook drug. It is clinically suitable for rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and curved spondylitis, etc. Compared with similar drugs, it has the advantages of small dose, high efficacy, fast onset and small side effects.

Anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs
Flubiprofen, also known as benzoflumoprofen, fluobipropionic acid, is a powerful phenylpropionic acid antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug, which can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandin cyclooxygenase and play analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic roles. Its anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects are 250 and 50 times that of aspirin (also known as acetylsalicylic acid), respectively. Oral absorption is rapid, the blood concentration reaches the peak after 1.5 hours, the half-life is 3.5 hours, the tissue distribution is wide, the PPB is 99.4%, and the drug can compete with the plasma protein binding rate of high plasma protein. Chemicalbook is metabolized to hydroxyFlubiprofen and its uronic acid conjugate in the liver. T1/2 is 3.5h. Excreted by urine and feces, about 60% and 40%, respectively. Age had no significant effect on drug metabolism. Mainly used in rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, degenerative arthritis. It can also prevent aphakia cystic spot edema after surgical lens removal, inhibit intraoperative pupil contraction, and treat eye inflammation after cataract and trabecular laser surgery. It is also suitable for pain caused by other reasons such as trauma, sprain, surgery, etc.
